Service Authorization

By delivering a vehicle to Inland Jeep Inc. or approving an estimate, you authorize us to perform requested services and agree to pay all associated charges.
 

• Estimates are based on visible conditions and may change due to hidden damage, additional labor, or part availability.
   

Custom Fabrication & Off-Road Disclaimer

Inland Jeep Inc. specializes in custom fabrication, suspension systems, structural reinforcement, and performance modifications for Jeep and 4x4 vehicles.
 

Customer understands and agrees:

• Modifications may alter manufacturer specifications.

• Aftermarket parts may impact ride quality, durability, or manufacturer warranty.

• Off-road use increases wear and mechanical stress.

• Inland Jeep Inc. is not responsible for emissions compliance unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Off-road driving, rock crawling, racing, and competition use are inherently risky. Customer assumes all risks associated with modified vehicle use.
 

Payment & Deposits

• Deposits are required for custom builds and special-order parts.

• Deposits for custom or special-order parts are non-refundable.

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

• Vehicles will not be released until paid in full.

• Storage fees may apply to vehicles left beyond 7 days after notification of completion.
   

Inland Jeep Inc. reserves all rights under California lien laws.
 

Limited Warranty

Workmanship is warranted for [Insert timeframe, e.g., 90 days] unless otherwise stated in writing.
 

Warranty does not cover:

• Abuse, racing, or misuse

• Off-road damage

• Normal wear and tear

• Third-party modifications

• Manufacturer defects in aftermarket parts
   

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.
 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue shall be Riverside County, California.
