Custom Fabrication

What It Is

Custom fabrication is the design and creation of one-off, purpose-built components tailored specifically to your Jeep or 4x4 and how you use it. This includes bumpers, sliders, skid plates, structural reinforcement, suspension mounts, recovery integration, and specialized off-road builds.

When It’s Recommended
  • Off-the-shelf parts don’t fit your needs

  • You want increased strength or clearance

  • You’re building a serious trail or overland rig

  • You need structural reinforcement

  • You want a cleaner, more integrated build

Problems It Solves
  • Weak or poorly fitting aftermarket parts

  • Clearance limitations

  • Frame or mounting weaknesses

  • Inadequate protection

  • Compromised performance from generic solutions

How Inland Jeep Approaches It

All fabrication is done in-house using high-quality materials and proven welding techniques. We design around real-world off-road use — not catalog measurements. Every component is engineered for strength, clean fitment, and long-term durability.

If it needs to be stronger, cleaner, or purpose-built — we fabricate it right.

What It Is

Professional lift kit installation and suspension upgrades using trusted, high-quality manufacturers.

When It’s Recommended
  • Installing larger tires

  • Improving articulation and ground clearance

  • Preparing for rock crawling or overlanding

  • Correcting worn factory suspension

Problems It Solves
  • Limited clearance

  • Poor ride quality

  • Bottoming out on trails

  • Uneven stance or instability

How Inland Jeep Approaches It

We don’t sell “tall.” We build functional. Every suspension system is selected based on how you drive — daily use, trail, desert, or overland. Proper geometry, alignment, and component matching ensure long-term performance and reliability.

Re-Gearing & Drivetrain

What It Is

Differential re-gearing, locker installation, axle shaft upgrades, and custom axle swaps to optimize torque and strength.

When It’s Recommended

  • Loss of acceleration or power

  • Increased driveline stress

  • Serious off-road use

Problems It Solves
  • Poor throttle response

  • Transmission strain

  • Reduced fuel efficiency

What It Is

Installation of protective components including bumpers, sliders, skid plates, and underbody armor — custom or premium off-the-shelf solutions.

When It’s Recommended

  • Preventative protection before damage happens

Problems It Solves

WHY WE RECOMMEND

Education-First
Approach

At Inland Jeep Inc., we don’t push upgrades.
We evaluate, explain, and recommend based on:

  • Safety impact

  • Performance improvement

  • Long-term reliability

  • Real-world use

  • Budget and build goals

Common mistakes we help customers avoid:

  • Over-lifting without correcting geometry

  • Installing oversized tires without re-gearing

  • Ignoring steering and braking upgrades

  • Choosing parts based on appearance alone

Every recommendation is backed by experience — not trends.
