FOUNDER / CEO
Shawn Schwartz
With over 14 years in the off-road industry, Shawn has been shaping Inland Jeep into a leader in the 4x4 community. He is deeply passionate about vehicle design, research, and development, ensuring every build meets real-world trail performance standards. Shawn is known for his innovative, off-the-wall designs and bringing customer ideas to life with engineering precision.
Specialties: Vehicle design, R&D, custom builds
Fun Fact: Shawn enjoys getting behind the wheel as much as building the vehicles.
LEAD TECHNICIAN
Cody Wilkinson
Cody Wilkinson serves as Lead Technician at Inland Jeep with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the off-road and automotive industry. He specializes in differential gearing and advanced Jeep service while continuing to expand his skills in fabrication.
Cody is known for his wide range of technical abilities and his commitment to doing things the right way—never cutting corners and always ensuring vehicles are properly set up for reliability and performance.
Outside the shop, Cody enjoys spending time with his family, wheeling with friends, and working on his own personal projects.
Specialties: Differential gearing, Jeep & 4x4 service, fabrication


WELDER / FABRICATOR
Clinton Padilla
Clinton Padilla brings over 10 years of welding and fabrication experience, including 4 years with Inland Jeep. A graduate of The Fab School (top of his class, 2016), Clinton has worked on custom builds around the world, including projects in China and Dubai, and has supported race teams in Baja, rally, and drift racing.
He specializes in custom chassis fabrication, suspension systems, roll cages, and structural reinforcement, ensuring every build is safe, functional, and trail-ready.
Outside the shop, Clinton enjoys racing, drifting, and spending time with his wife and kids.

LEAD RESTORATION TECHNICIAN
Joe Arambula
Joe Arambula leads Inland Jeep’s restoration department, specializing in frame-off restorations and bringing classic 4x4 vehicles back to life. With 18 years of hands-on experience working on off-road vehicles and 3 years at Inland Jeep, Joe has developed deep knowledge of older Jeep and 4x4 platforms.
Largely self-taught, Joe takes pride in doing restorations the right way and ensuring each build is properly set up for its intended purpose.
When he’s not in the shop, Joe enjoys camping, the outdoors, and classic car culture.
Specialties: Frame-off restorations, classic Jeep rebuilds


TECHNICIAN
Joshua Castaneda Montes
Joshua Castaneda Montes brings 4 years of professional automotive experience and specializes in vehicle diagnostics and complex repair work. He holds an Associate of Occupational Studies Degree in Automotive Technology II, along with ASE A1 Engine Repair Certification and EPA 609 Certification.
Joshua enjoys the challenge of diagnosing vehicle issues and approaches each repair like solving a puzzle. His goal is to help customers understand what failed and get their vehicle back on the road as quickly and reliably as possible.
Outside the shop, Joshua enjoys watching movies and playing video games.
